What safeertec.com collects, who handles it, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website is run by the Safeer Tec group, made up of two companies:

  • Safeer Tec Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 10970886. Registered office: 149 Sidwell Street, Exeter, England, EX4 6RT.
  • Safeer Tec LLC, in the United States.

The company that handles your enquiry is responsible for your information. If you are in the UK or EU, Safeer Tec Ltd is your point of contact. For any question about this policy or your information, email [email protected].

This policy covers safeertec.com only. Our companies' own sites have their own policies: Reliable Care RCM and Fire Suite.

What we collect

  • Your enquiry. When you use a contact form we receive your name, email address, company if you give one, the area you are interested in and your message. We need your name, email and message to reply. Please do not put patient or health information in the form.
  • Technical data. Loading a page sends your IP address and browser details to the services that deliver the site, listed below.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics records the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and the site that sent you here, against a random identifier stored in a cookie.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies unless you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you do, Google Analytics sets these:

  • _ga tells one visitor from another. It lasts up to two years.
  • _ga_FFH635744D keeps track of your visit. It lasts up to two years.

Your choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage as st_cookie_consent. It stays on your device, so we do not ask again on every visit.

You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer. If you decline after accepting, analytics stops from the next page you open. Cookies already set stay until they expire or you clear them in your browser.

How we use your information, and our legal basis

UK and EU data protection law asks us to name a legal basis for each use:

  • Replying to your enquiry and following it up: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract.
  • Delivering the site and keeping it secure: our legitimate interest in running a working, safe website.
  • Measuring how the site is used: your consent, which you can withdraw as described above.

We make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who handles it for us

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and the site has no advertising pixels. These services process information for us:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers every page, handling your IP address and browser details.
  • Google Fonts supplies the site's typeface, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads, whatever you choose on the cookie banner.
  • Web3Forms receives contact form messages and forwards them to us by email. It uses Amazon Web Services and may send your IP and email address to the spam filters CleanTalk and Akismet. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
  • Our email provider holds the mailbox your message arrives in.
  • Google Analytics measures use of the site, only if you accept.

Safeer Tec Ltd and Safeer Tec LLC may share your enquiry with each other so that the right team can answer it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK and EU

Some of this happens outside the UK and EU, including in the United States, where Safeer Tec LLC is based, and in India, where Web3Forms operates. Where UK or EU law applies, these transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Email us if you would like more detail.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: as long as we need to deal with your request and any follow-up, then we delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the contract and tax and accounting law require.
  • Web3Forms: keeps submissions for up to three years under its own policy, unless they are deleted sooner.
  • Google Analytics: keeps visitor-level data for the period set in our account, at most 14 months.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or send it to another organisation. You can also object to uses based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. People in other places, including some US states, may have similar rights.

To use any of these, email [email protected]. It is free, and we normally reply within one month.

You can also complain to a regulator. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (0303 123 1113). In the EU it is your local data protection authority. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
